Really good reception to the hotel, and got some excellent tips of places to go. All the staff were excellent, and the lobby bar staff were all exceptionally friendly. The place has a really good vibe and is a fun place to be. Our room on the 6th floor was a good size, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of selection. The hotel was in a brilliant location with easy walking to all the major attractions in the old town.

The pillows in the room were more foam than feather, so not the best.

If I could give it 6 stars I would and I don’t say this lightly as I travel a lot for work. staff were incredibly positive and helpful. Gave me a glass of carva whilst checking in. Location was perfect and the hotel is modern clean and the bed felt new and comfy

It was my birthday and the staff upgraded my room (subject to availability) and gave me a lovely cake and champagne bottle. I was so surprised and grateful as I have never experienced that before and their hospitality made everything even better. What a brilliant hotel and would be my only choice if I ever return to Valencia.

We required gluten free options and whisky available at breakfast, little appreciation for cross contamination. Chef was not willing to make fresh meal to avoid this issue when the same food was available in the buffet

Room cleaning service was random (cleaned some days and not others). Ordering food via the 1001 room service number was impossible as no one answered. The QR code that was supposed to connect to the room service menu (no hard copy in the room) did not work.

We stayed during Las Fallas and we were really impressed with the soundproofing of our interior room. I did a split stay with another hotel and this one was hands down much easier to sleep! Everything else was just lovely too. Has an incredible bartender at the lobby bar. Great stay overall.

That I could not fit a giraffe bathrobe in my suitcase. That was so cute!

We had a wonderful stay at Only YOU Hotel Valencia. The staff were exceptional! kind, professional, and attentive throughout. The location is outstanding, and breakfast each morning was delightful.

The overall cleanliness could be improved a little in some areas. There were some stains on furnitures and mold in flowers vase.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, excellent staff, great location. Really enjoyed our stay. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

The restaurant SJVL at the ground floor was disappointing!

Great location, very nice staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hair straightener was a really nice touch. Excellent Cocktails downstairs, the bar was full every evening

Everything was good, but it’s the first 5 stars hotel I see without an iron or at least a small steamer in the room. Sometimes we could hear some street noise, but fortunately the area is very quiet so it wasn’t that much/ often

I loved the warm welcome and comfortable reception area. I loved the central location. I loved the beautiful rooms which were generous and spotless. And I loved the fact we received a birthday cake and drink for my daughter. We all thought it was fabulous and will certainly come again!

The moment you walk into this hotel the beautiful smell hits you, the ambiance is calm and all the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast in the morning was superb and relaxed with amazing views over the city. I felt genuinely welcomed and my 18 month old was treated like a celebrity :)

From the moment you walk in this hotel is full of surprises. The check-in counter is on the other side of the cocktail bar and there are fresh flowers everywhere! The staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast up on the 9th floor was outstanding and the choices countless. Adding to the relaxed ambience was a violinist playing unobtrusive contemporary music. Location was perfect in the middle of the old town.

Unfortunately timing wasn’t great in the midst of Las Fallas festival resulting in huge crowds of people and queues everywhere. Loud fireworks being thrown around in the streets by very young children culminating in 5min fireworks displays at 2pm and 12am every day. The bangs kept going well after midnight so sleep was compromised. Thank goodness for Only You where we could seek refuge and watch the amazing bartenders flairing and tossing cocktails. Great entertainment.

It was ideally located in the heart of the Valencia's old town, near all the major attractions. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Could use a better description of the parking. 3 to 6 minute walk in the rain both after dropping of the car and picking up in a public garage. While given a discount, it was an "opportunity " to get an unexpected walking tour of part of the city.

Clean room apart from one tumbleweed that must have escaped from the vacune, breakfast was ok.. but no table service for tea and coffee ..

No parking or valet parking… 6 min walk with all our luggage to escape the firework festival road blocks .. no warning of this festival prior to arrival (with our dog) no offer of restaurant pre booking as very busy so couldn’t eat at the hotel. Was recommended a place that was empty and pretty standard. Couldn’t even get a seat in the bar to grab a late drink so sat in the room with a mini bar beer, all a bit disappointing for 800€ a night … I’ve had more personal service in many a 4*

A large and busy hotel in central Valencia. It’s all very nicely done. A great bar with excellent staff. All very stylish and comfortable. A reliably nice place to stay.

Only that it is a big and therefore a bit impersonal, but that’s just down to individual taste. We didn’t eat there, so many other places in Valencia to eat.

I love the theme of self-care in this hotel-- from the can't sleep kit in our room to the order your pillow option on the TV. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat; relatively close to main attractions (maybe not for the aquarium), good restaurants, and train stations. Highly recommend and would stay again!
