Too many people for breakfast, choice variety for breakfast

The service was first class, so friendly and efficient

We had to complain about the noise of drilling from below floor renovations. These continued to our full stay for a few hours each day. I have to say though, the complaint was dealt with very well and they couldn’t do enough to make up for the inconvenience.

Great stay overall! Top-notch service, cosy room, and a classy atmosphere. Loved the prime location right next to KLCC, plus the KLCC view from my room was amazing. Breakfast was decent, and having Netflix in the room was a nice touch.

Only downside was the slightly dim lighting around the mirrors—otherwise, everything was great!

Central location on the park … beautiful traditional hotel amidst only skyscrapers… the personal service… by the food servers and manager . Loved the infinity pool …

Location location location! Proximity to Twin Towers, shopping mall, water show, and the park. Loved the pool area and room size. Very comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

The breakfast was just amazing out of the world. It's a great place to stay in.

The room was quite spacious enough and the cleanliness was just amazing.

Very good service and staffs were very friendly & helpful.

1) The roll away bed's matress was stiff. 2) where the mirrors are, the lights shld be brigther

Location is excellent, buffet breakfast is extensive and very good. I had a massage in the Spa which was very good. The staff are really good and cannot do enough for you. Checking in was done in the room no need to go to reception. I had lunch in the Chinese restaurant, I choose the dim sum which was suberb.

The rooms are a little tired and needs a revamp. On one occasion, the sheet on the bed had a tear in it. This is changed everyday so was not s problem

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the service. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Perfect location near the Petronas tower and the mall. The restaurant with the waygu choices, wine and services was awesome as well as the breakfast

Big room in an amazing location with friendly and helpful staff, they even managed to let me check in early after an overnight flight and check out late for my next flight

MO must uphold its status and standard not inly in Malaysia but worlwide. The hotel still carry that 'brand' but sometimes other small matter can reflect a big issue to the name of MO. Staff (new staff) dont own up the MO in their heart

We moved here from the W and what a change We loved the mandarin Everyone was so helpful - particularly Edward the Manager The men helping with luggage were wonderful The staff around the pool excellent Loved the rooms

The only think I can complain about is that the mini bar was poorly stocked and not replenished and the there is no shampoo and conditioner near the bath

Very convenient location connecting yo KLCC

The rooms are a bit old. Toilet door is very old and unfriendly. Only one person can use the bathroom when one is in shower.
