Iveagh Garden Hotel, Dublin

Lovely hotel in Central location. Good room and comfortable bed. Good to be able to open window for ventilation. Very nice lounge/bar and foyer to relax in. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Expensive

Staff went out of their way to provide a truly exceptional experience. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel - from the location, to the atmosphere, to the wonderful bar and restaurant, to the phenomenal service provided by the staff. We will return!

Great staff, amazing location. Brilliant all around, don’t have a bad thing to say about our say. My wife was sick, and they helped in every way possible.

The staff were really lovely, especially the bar staff and reception. Very informative and friendly. It was also nice to go to the sister hotel in the evening, just down the road.

Found it very hard to work the TV (it would freeze on the menu, very temperamental) and not many options on there - we were hoping to listen to music whilst getting ready.

Wonder location and staff was excellent. Allen did a fantastic job arranging tours.

Location centrally was good, pretty loud in the street with local clubs but our room was quiet.

Great location for a group of women on weekend away. So close to good restaurants. Luas short distance walk. Staff are so kind

It’s Spring so not a big issue, and I had a personal fan with me, but I think the rooms would be very stuffy in Summer. A/C is needed.

I rang down to reception to add breakfast as an add on and was pointed to either come to reception and do in person or use the tablet in the room instead of them being able to book there and then

beautiful location just down the road from St Stephens Green Garden and a lovely shopping area. Close to a grocery store and lots of coffee shops. Room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Favorite part was the hotel decor and the restaurant / bar.

We arrived early from an overnight flight and had asked for an earlier check in and that did not happen so we waited in the Lobby area, took some walks but could finally check in an hour early. It was a Sunday so a very busy morning for the hotel.

I think the only thing is the breakfast was expensive and there were no other options to eat something less than paying for the buffet every day.

Location. Friendly Staff. Colour scheme and decor especially in bedroom.. great shower.

Taxis blowing horns jn early hours. Tv especially irish staions difficult to get. Rte1 failed completely. Better lights in room would be welcome.

Lovely hotel inside and rooms a decent size etc I couldn't really fault it as somewhere to stay for business. Good sized rooms, and a nice change from the tiny English standard. Good location for a number of likely places for meetings.

My room at the front of the hotel was over the road from a noisy bar/club. I wasn't particularly bothered but am always slightly surprised to discover there are younger people out there having a party at midnight in the middle of the week. Good for them, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to consider that.
