Comfortable beds in a spacious, well-furnished and -decorated room. The clean and big bathroom was a big plus. The location is very central, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

It got pretty cold in the evenings in the room and the provided heaters could not really heat the room effectively. The fact that the bathroom lights also bring in cold air at the same time was not particularly pleasant either.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The beds and sheets were clean and very comfortable, which made the stay more pleasant. However, we were placed in a building across the street from the main hotel, as the staff informed us there were no rooms for four available in the main building. The bathroom was not very clean, and there were no slippers provided, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good stay mainly because of the location and comfortable bed.

Very good location, central but quiet. Comfortable room, plenty of space and nice little touches, not generic or modern. Beautifully decorated and good sized bed.

The bathroom tended to flood, there was no fan and the condensation was a little problematical. The only other negative was that the towels were really thin.

The walls and doors are quite thin so we could hear almost everything in the tower rooms, also at least in our room the window was very small and up high in the wall therefor very minimum of natural light.

It's opposite noisy bars which stayed open almost all night. Could do with better double glazing! Quite difficult to sleep.

The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist us. The room was cleaned daily, and the location is excellent, right in the center, with a nice restaurant on the ground floor.

The room did not have a refrigerator or a kettle, and although it was cleaned every day, the bed sheets were not changed during our stay.

We had an overall pleasant stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options and fresh products. The staff was polite, the hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the location is excellent for visiting Brussels. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

The only inconvenience I experienced was during check-in. My girlfriend arrived before me and initially she was not allowed to enter the room until I arrived. However, after some time, they eventually allowed her to go into the room, which she appreciated. Aside from this, everything else was perfectly fine.

Breakfast was very simple, almost no vegetables or fruits. No bread. But otherwise OK.

Noise windows did not close and near construction site. Weird that restaurant and hotel not associated but at least there were coffee stations in the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Craves in Brussels, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, on the main pedestrian street. Although the hotel feels intimate when you first step in, it actually spans two floors with plenty of space—so it’s cozy but not small. The staff is incredibly helpful—always smiling, eager to assist with luggage, and they even let me leave my bags both before check-in and after check-out. The whole place has a unique charm—not your standard chain hotel. It has a kind of baroque, vintage French vibe—think old-fashioned rotary phones, a clawfoot bathtub, and a darker, atmospheric feel. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spotless, and I found everything I needed. On the first floor, there’s a communal coffee station, which was a nice perk, and I also used the ironing room—everything was fine there. Breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, so everyone can find something they like. In the evening, there’s a restaurant downstairs—we didn’t dine there, but we had drinks, and they were great. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Craves for anyone looking for a cozy, charming, and character-filled stay in Brussels!

The hotel is located in town center, just a few steps from the Grand Plaza. Very clean and comfortable.

We really liked the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfasts were truly delicious and varied.

After the cleaning, there was an unpleasant smell in our room — it felt as if the floors had been cleaned with a dirty mop. Also, the curtain at the bottom was very dirty, which slightly affected our overall impression.

I liked the hotel, the way it was decorated and furnished, the nice atmosphere and kindness of the employees. Although my room was small, it was great and also the breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruits etc. So I have recommended the hotel already to 3 persons and will for sure come again!

The location was right in the middle of the city and a block from the Holiday Markets. We LOVED that we could walk one block to all the attractions, square, and restaurants. The metro was around the corner, allowing us to quickly get to tours outside the city. The breakfast was also very nice, with plenty of options and the dinner menu had delicious choices, with a very friendly staff, whobmade our holiday very special. We definitely recommend this as an option.

The hotel is center city, so driving (Ride shares) is limited, because driving is prohibited during certain hours, so be prepared to walk and meet your driver. The area can be a bit loud, which could've been because of the holiday season, so if you prefer a quieter stay, you may need a different option. The windows in the rooms were pretty high, and you couldn't see out of them. Overall our stay was very nice!

Decor was a bit on the dark side. While a breakfast was available, the dining area isn't actually run by them. So, if you wanted a dinner there, you don't get any priority.

Not great insulation between windows and streets means every noise is heard. The doors to the rooms also insulate quite badly and you can hear people talk at low volume in the hallway during the night quite easily.

The style of the rooms and the hotel is beautiful, there is the resto and bar and a club as well.

Price quality ratio a bit high. They claim they have parking but it is not true. Is just the public underground parkings in the neighborhood, which costs 25-28 euro a day.

The restaurant/bar on the ground floor is incredibly nosy in the evenings - cannot sit to have a quiet drink (cannot hear anyone talking) and I’d hate to be on the floor above it
