Hostel Lub D Siam, Bangkok

Bathroom was spotless! Showers were great. Whole hostel is super clean.

Everything especially the location. Very convient.

Nothing when it comes to the property itself but the online customer service is bad and can barely reply to you incase you had a query before arriving to the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and room clean. Wery good location.

Room was very small just for sleeping and 0 noise cancellation so u definitely need ear plugs because you hear every car. But for the price it was all good.

The Ac had an issue so they shifted us to a private room Extremely kind of them even when we were okay with them just fixing the issue with the Air con

The ONE thing I really missed was the curtains between the beds. Total lack of privacy if you're in a lower bunk.

The staff are really friendly and they really give a warm welcome. The location is quite central ao it’s good. The hostel has everything you need and the private room is very good.

It's incredibly convenient location, and despite being a hostel I felt incredibly safe.

The stairs to go up. However the staff were incredibly helpful to offer me help to bring my luggage upstairs!

I like that it's close to major establishments and locations such as Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, a cultural center and a train station. It's in the heart of the city its easy to get from point A to point B via vehicle hailing apps or even by foot.

This is nit picking but I just wished the ambiance had a more zen vibe but that's not to say the place was bad. Lub D's coworking space concept invokes an active and fun energy that allows visitors to interact or mingle with each other.

3rd time staying at Lub D Siam

Very humid inside the room if air conditioner is turned off, need to seal the empty space in the door to prevent the hot air from seeping inside.

For solo travelers it is one of the best budget friendly and location friendly place you can use it as your base and go around the whole Bangkok especially this is important who likes to sightsee around because it’s a big city also yes it’s very close to the shopping areas. Staff is helpful and gives you good info about how you operate in the city. Plus free water to refill

There's co working space perfect for digital nomads. Very nice location 1 minute from BTS station. I guess if you're here on budget as digital nomad and would like some peace it's perfect.

Not as social as I thought as the ads are quite "social". No curtains on the bed. Bathroom a bit dirty sometimes.

The noise from the main road

Perfect location. Lub D is my all time favourite. There are also many food stalls in front of the hostel.

Great facilities with a helpful washroom/bathroom set up. Also helpful having an ironing board and washing machines.

The dorms felt a bit prison like and the blanket you’re given is tiny which makes sleeping challenging. I had to use my towel as well as my blanket to keep warm.

Interior space was nice . The location was very convenient.

Property is located near bts Station, and it was just too noisy at night . And there was not any community feel .

The welcome was warm and genuine. There's always a good morning and a smile each time we pass by the reception. The room is quite small but surprisingly sufficient for our 3 large luggage and 2 carry on. The location is just perfect, next to a station and 5 minutes walk from the shopping malls.

To be picky, a bit noisy at times as the room door is not completely soundproof and there is a bad smell outside the room but nothing unbearable.

It value for money, the receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. Just next to the train station and few minutes walk to the biggest shopping malls nearby

You have to walk flights of stairs to your floor with your suitcase, not suitcases accessible or wheelchair accessible. The water dispenser is only located at the 1st floor.

Location - next to National Stadium BTS station, you can actually see it from the station Facilities - communal toilet and shower on my floor, both clean and good to use Staffs - friendly and speak English Value - £9 for a hostel bed, probably a little expensive for SE Asia, but I consider it good value

Rooms might need a bit of maintenance done like new paint for door frames … also could be cleaner but wasn’t that bad.

Location is very convenience, just right in front BTS station, 10 minute walking distance to Siam area and link bridge to Erawan Shrine for praying. Staffs are friendly. Public facilities such as toilet room, bathroom are clean. Hair dryers, shampoo are provided. Price is reasonable.

There is no lift. For anyone who bring a heavy luggage will be a little not friendly.

Shower room water pressure too low. And the line is bad for the tv. The screen is snowy

The hotel is located right In front of the TBS walking distance to many good restaurants. They have a wonderful bar with a wonderful bartender 😜. At the lobby it has a nice and relaxing chilling place. . The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The bunk bed was good but may have to improve on the cleanliness of the room. Just get a disposable bedsheet for a more comfortable stay.

Location is superb, room is clean, hope they will provide electric kettle next time.
