Beautiful large room. Very comfortable

Nothing really apart from the fact with dynamic pricing we seemed to have paid a premium.

The service was great. Breakfast was very good.

Central city location and car park was very close by. Very spacious room and large king size bed

Only 1 set of towels left in the room for 2 adults

Staff were amazing especially the receptionist

Really close to the train station. The rooms are large and immaculate. The shower and bathroom are gorgeous. Breakfast is amazing value and beautifully served. Near to the shops and lots of restaurants.

No plug socket by the bed.

Our room was a little bit loud through the night with the hotel being located on a busy road

The style of the room, it even had a Marshall speaker which we paired. Good size room with large king bed. Location was excellent.

Beautiful decor and location

It was noisy overnight with rubbish collection vehicles and local delivery lorries.

Outside of the building in good repair, rooms a good size with great bathroom. Loved the quirky additions.

Entrance could do with being livened up a bit.

Our room 114 my husband struggled to sleep as noise from the ducts from somewhere !!

For the extra amount we paid I expected a bigger room

The room was spacious, hotel was close to Piccadilly station and the centre of town. Breakfast was good and space were very helpful! Room was lovely and warm, bed was very comfy!

A tad noisy due to outside but this was only for a short period and it was not really a big issue at all!

Being told the kitchen open till 8.30 and being told at 7.15 that the chef had gone home as it was quiet.

Omar went out of his way to find a cooler room for me. His efforts were much appreciated.

The elevator was out of service. Apparently this is not unusual.

The location was excellent The suite rooms and spacious environment. Lovely comfortable bed

The breakfast took along time to come out and I was missing toast and my beans were cold. Latte was a flat white but staff corrected issues immediately

We parked in the carpark tha we were told we would receive a discount on and did everything that the reception staff told us and then ended up paying £40 for 2 nights

Parts of it a little dated

Location excellent, 5 min walk from Piccadilly train station. Large room,clean. Cooked Breakfast was very tasty. On chap on reception was very pleasant and personable.made us feel welcome.

The interior in general was a bit tired in places but that’s what we expected by choosing an older style building. The room windows sound proofing was not great, but again we were in the city centre location so expected some noise.

The location is excellent, friendly staff and great value for money. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the discounted parking

Close to Piccadilly railway station and free buses which made getting around the city easy

Appliances a bit worn and needing patience to use. TV picture weirdly sized so that the top was cut off and saw talking mouths rather than full face. Disconcerting watching the news as well as other programmes. Lift was out for maintenance for a full day.

We were able to leave our bags at reception before check in time, when we arrived back at hotel later to check in our bags had been taken to room for us, a lovely touch I thought

Beautiful building with period features, spacious room with high ceilings, big windows and tasteful decor, good selection of clipper teas. Pleasant receptionist. Great central location

The lift wasn’t working. The full English breakfast was quite overcooked and I felt very sorry for the waiter who was lovely but seemed to be on his own. Hire more restaurant staff! A desk lamp in the room would’ve been helpful.

Clean, comfy, lovely spacious bathroom.

A little fridge within the room would make this perfect. Slight hiccup when I arrived, no hot water - was fixed a few hours later. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was not great, waited to be seated at sign for 20 mins - no staff came out, sat myself, waited another 20 mins. Ask what I wanted, said drink and made to go up and order at the bar - whilst he served everyone else at table. Service left a little to be desired there. Couldn’t fault the staff at front desk.

The bed and the size of the room. The location was perfect. Facilities in the room were an added bonus.

We wasn't told of the parking options in advance therefore paid £27 for parking overnight at a nearby multi storey. The noise from the road even with double glazing.

A very high standard hotel for such a good price. The breakfast was very good.

The room did get a bit stuffy and the radiator did not turn off, it seemed to be faulty.

Lovely bedroom with huge bed and beautiful bathroom. Well kitted out. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

The TV in bedroom could do with up grading.

Original features in the main entrance and staircase are fantastic. Breakfast was really good and the young lad on reception checking us in was really welcoming and helpful in us finding our way to where we wanted to be

Great location, nice impression as you enter, most staff are friendly and room has lots of space and high ceilings. Good bathroom and room interior, plenty of refreshments. Comfy pillows. Cocktails were good. Liked interior of bar and would be nice to have information about what the building was in it's previous life. Emily was a friendly staff member at breakfast. It looks a lot better to the photo used on booking.com. Would stay again.

Lift terribly slow. No room signs to guide customers where to go. Place seems a bit of maze if you get disoriented. It wasn't a peaceful night, whether it was internal heating system alongside the outside noise, i will probably ask for the quiet side. You need your spinach to draw the massive curtains! Was quite warm in room, no way to control heating or get some cool air through. The internal large window did open and hoped the draft would come through. Perhaps wouldn't want to stay here in summer. The breakfast was ok but not amazing and doesn't match the cost, i would probably find a spoons or a cafe nearby. I asked for no mushroom but was the plate. No butter with bread, had to ask for that as well as sauce, staff not forthcoming to ask if you want anything else. The bathroom handle fell off, fortunately had already used bathroom. Would like a small guide with details about what is nearby and also menus for bar in the room as you would expect etc. Some wear and tear and not much attention to lower level of skirting areas in room, no room down either side of bed so if you're a larger person perhaps avoid 102. Plenty of plug sockets, but only one by bedside and was tricky to reach.
