I love these apartments. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is close to everything. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like...I had to go home.

Convenient location to transport, cool shops and great eats. Loved the little balcony and being able to look out at the street and skyline.

Honestly, it met and exceeded expectations. Easy check in and out with super helpful staff.

Everything we needed and an excellent location to explore Fitzroy.

Great walking location in Fitzroy. Comfortable and spacious unit. MIne had balcony. UNit had all amenities, very clean, functional. STaff very friendly. Walk to shops, restaurants and local market.

A bit in the pricey side but I only stayed one night.

It was very centrally located and close to everything you could need. Coles & Cellarbrations downstairs, cafes & 7/11 just across road & tram stop literally 50 metres round corner. We had a wedding just down the road in Abbotsford so it was ideal. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay in Melbourne here

The location was perfect for what we needed, access to public transport too. Just outside the city centre with access to great restaurants, and supermarket ride next door. Own car space included. The apartment was extra spacious for what we needed and will return with our family again

Our overnight stay wasn't long enough!

Spacious apartments in the heart of Fitzroy. Great for shopping, cafes and bars. Great having a balcony to judge the weather!

No floor or table lamps in the living room, only bright downlights. Isn't great for privacy at night.

I didn’t like that Booking.com didn’t send me a confirmation a day before arriving with my access details as we were arriving late in the evening. Thankfully there was a staff member who was amazing helpful and friendly.

Stayed in the 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom unit It was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything you would need. Location great. Highly recommend.

We liked everything about this apartment! The staff were fantastic. Welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Check in after parking was easy & efficient. We really liked that parking was on-site & included in the tariff. The location was perfect for our needs. An easy walk to trams, a supermarket, cafes & restaurants. The apartment was thoughfully arranged with everything needed for self catering. Ours was 2 bedroom w ensuite to main & additional bathroom. The combined kitchen, dining, lounge area was spacious. We even had a balcony overlooking the bustling main road. The bedroom wasn't overly big, but didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfy. Air-conditioning worked well. Even though we were in the heart of Fitzroy, we didn't hear any noises, from traffic or other guests.

Fantastic location, huge 2 bedroom apartment. The staff were cheerful and there is a supermarket just next door. Everything was clean and the kitchen has all the things you would want in a serviced apartment.

The shower in the ensuite leaked on to the floor quite a lot, but everything else was great.

Everything was excellent. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was easily one of the best in this price range. The apartment was very spacious, the shower and bath were great, the kitchen was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. What really stood out was that everything was good quality and actually worked properly, which has been rare in my past experiences.

Honestly, very little. If I had to be picky, the Wi-Fi could be a bit better, and having a smart TV would make it even better. But these are very minor points and did not affect my stay.

Never wanted to leave and made this quite clear to the staff there :) - checking out was sad! One of the best locations in Melbourne - you're between so many amazing neighbourhoods, swimming pools, cinemas, bars, live music and walkable to the city (20 or so mins). The staff are wonderful - always delivering, funny, sweet and kind. Thanks for delivering on my special requests. Kitchen has everything, powerful good showers etc

Well, as explained, checking out LOL - the bed wasn't perfect + made need a new mattress, but that’s about it guys! See you in Oz Summer :).
