Location, comfort, great breakfast

Stayed 5 nights - although our towels were changed daily (which really didn’t need to be) the rest of the room could have been cleaned better on occasions (floor cleaned and dusted on shelves).

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring central Vienna, also close to train and tube stations. The bed was really big and comfy and we liked the room. The hotel bar is very nice too

We weren’t used to the open shower situation, and the door to the room was quite thin so we could hear when people would be talking and walking past at night.

The location is great, the staff are excellent, the bar/facilities at the hotel are great. The room is clean, modern and fully working. The shower is exceptional.

I know the hotel does offer a "galley" on two of its floors, with free coffee and tea. With a vending machine with lite snacks. However personally you cannot beat having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is my only negative.

This hotel is very well located to do everything in the city center by foot. The area is less busy than the main plaza where St Stephan’s cathedral is, but it still is a 5-10 minute walk there and has plenty of options of restaurants and shops around. If you need to go to other parts of the city, there is a train station next door that will connect you to the rest of the city. I also really liked the decor inside the hotel and the breakfast was amazing. A Plus is that they have live music like jazz in some evenings, which was unexpected and enjoyable.

Nothing I didn’t like

The location was good, right next to the metro station and police office which makes you feel a bit safer.it’s convenient to walk pretty much everywhere you need as a tourist. The room was very spacious.

The room was dusty- you could see the dust in the vent (the photo does not show it) and on the shelves above the bed. Probably my mistake - I have missed that the sink is in the bedroom itself and the shower is see-through so it’s not very private. Also the glass toilet door does not provide any privacy.

Quirky experience in the middle of Vienna with eclectic interiors with the best showers. Upgraded greatly appreciated and fact that heating was not excessive

No cash facility

the place is very special, "bizarre" decoration and some unexpected surprises, for example, a Marshall Amplifier for Electric Guitars in the room!!! Besides that, the location cannot be better.

Bathroom glass walls: very beautiful, but I would personally prefer more privacy

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was good but overpriced.

Best perfect location

There's no room service, which is really necessary. The distance between reception and the rooms is too long. Also, yes, they say there's a detailed cleaning every 3 days, but it should be daily; the room gets very dusty.

Good location, big room, great breakfast!

The toilet and shower are in a weird glass box! Because of bad ventilation inside this glass box, the shower starts to smell if the doors are closed. But having them open is kind of inconvenient! So you have to choose your battle.

Excellent location for restaurants etc and taxi stand outside

We were not informed the main entrance closes at 10pm (why ? when most restaurants close at 11pm) and therefore must use the alternative entrance. But nobody had told us where it was! so-unable to get in at 10.45 freezing night- the unnecessary stress of phoning the Help number displayed-option9 in English answered in Austrian. Fortunately some Austrian tourists translated for us and took us to the other entrance. Saw the same thing happen to another couple the night after…When we asked the understanding manager why there wasn’t a written notice in each room he said it was their Green Policy to use less paper.

Clean, comfortable room in an excellent location. Easy check-in and check-out.

The room did not have a mini-fridge or kettle.

Location was good, bar was nice

The bathroom is part of the room with a glass screen around it, the hand basin is part of the vanity unit, so it is impossible to be discreet if you need to use the toilet in the night or want privacy for your ablutions. There is no tea/coffee making in the room. Tea and coffee is provided free in one of 2 areas in the hotel, but does mean you have to get up and dressed to have a cup of tea/coffee - no relaxing in bed with one. Breakfast is only cold items, no hot or cooked food bar toast, and no hotel restaurant. None of these things are necessarily deal breakers. However, the hotel description should make these things clear when you are booking and not leave you underwhelmed when you find out on arrival.

No kettle in the room

The facilities and the location were excellent. Loved the fact the bar was 24 hours and I could get a coffee as soon as I woke up at 6am. the bar was a great place to come to and relax in at different times of day.

Would have liked a small bar fridge on the room

Good location, for price paid I would have expected breakfast to be included.

A strong tobacco smell in the room, mentioned to staff who suggested opening a window, outside temperature -4c therefore not an option. It appeared the outside smoking area was above our room therefore smoke filtering air conditioning unit.

Had a great stay here. Staff are friendly and check in was speedy. Our room was clean and quiet with an excellent rainfall shower which was very powerful. We really appreciated the "galley" in the corridor: a tap with filtered still, sparkling and boiling water, hot drink facilities, an iron and a vending machine. We used this each day of our stay and found it really useful and a nice touch to the hotel. The bar spaces are very cool and relaxing. As we were staying for a short stay, we chose to forego daily cleaning and swapped this for a free drink in the bar which is a nice incentive. Hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the central part of the city.

Whilst it was a nice incentive to give a free drink voucher for opting out of daily room cleaning, I have stayed in other hotels where one voucher per day of missed cleaning was issued and this feels fairer. I would not necessarily opt in for no cleaning for just one voucher in the future.

Great location, bar open 24 hrs with snacks available as well. Comfortable and clean

Our room was over an alleyway that was a popular spot for late night gatherings of loud, drunk people

The location is great, close to tram stop and easy to get to city centre.

The entrance to the hotel is very confusing because the google address takes you to the back of the hotel. You have to walk around the corner the building to get to the main entrance of the hotel. Staff could be friendlier and explain things better on arrival.

Location was excellent for all the sights and public transport for further afield. Room was comfy and staff both helpful and welcoming. Liked the idea of no maid service but a free drink instead, as for a few days stay we didn’t really need it. General vibe of the hotel was modern but quirky which made it intimate if you wanted it to be.

Choice of drinks could have been better - no lemonade/sprite at the bar.

Not a quiet room. Windows are paper thin so lots of street noise. And adjacent occupants of the building (not hotel part) make loud noise early in the morning every day except Sunday. Outside of hotels control but nonetheless makes for a disruptive sleep. Bar says it overs snacks at all times but we were told at 10 pm kitchen was closed

Pretty good location, located just a good 10 minutes walk from Stephansplatz, and less than 5 minutes away from train station. Decent food and grocery options around the area as well

The bed was a bit worn, as the cushioning seemed to have worn out. The blanket provided to us was a bit short as well

No venlitaion in the toilet in the room, and the door to the shower was nor so convient.

It is in a prime position. 5 minutes walk and you LL find yourself at Stephenplatz surrounded with many shops and cafe shops. The staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and worthed compared to other cafe shops. They kept our room clean daily.. I greatly recommend this hotel.

Most pleasant stay at hotel. However, it would be better if coffee/tea making facilities are in the room rather than offering these facilities for free near reading room. A phone in room to at least call reception would help too. Staff is very polite and cleanliness is tops. Very good choice for breakfast. Location couldnt be better

The hotel is cashless, no facility for paying cash all in the bar etc. Check in was online within the hotel & and as such just lacked a little personal engagement upon arrival.

Location was perfect, bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen was cosy and of good quality. The bar was great. Self check in was easy.

Pillows were uncomfortable would prefer to have feather ones. Toilet was not very soundproof. Not much space to unpack and store clothes on longer stays.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The a/c didn’t work. Don’t like just a curtain for privacy around the shower also cramped having the toilet lead into the shower

There wasn't anything to dislike

The location is fine. The bar staff was helpful.

1. In lack of proper signs indicating the hotel, it was hard to find, we tiptoed around a lot until we found the right building. 2. Check-in is a mess for everyone. Plastic is not always fantastic. 3. Room was cold. Time was not enough to heat it up.

Excellent bar and breakfast areas with a wide choice of buffet breakfast options. Staff unfailingly polite and helpful, room clean and well presented. Great quirky feel. Check in and out simple.

Rooms very warm overnight and couldn’t make them any cooler without opening the windows and getting the unavoidable city sounds. Air con unit not helping (it was December so can understand it may have been overridden).

Location was excellent

WiFi needs improvement. Wifi was not secured and didn’t reach the rooms. I had to go to downstairs to main lobby to get WiFi and get some work done.

It was very clean

The breakfast was a bit all over the place and tablets far to small we were a group of 4 and it was very uncomfortable trying to eat together. One day breakfast was served downstairs and the next day it was upstairs both uncomfortable
